Greer presented dozens of witnesses from
the intelligence, military and scientific communities at a news
conference in Washington Wednesday.
He's calling for the
government to declassify and disclose its findings.
He says
the government is secretly spending billions of dollars a year on
these so-called "black budget" special access projects.
Greer says the technology gained from these projects has
profound implications for national security, energy, the environment
and world peace.
